Kamal J Khandelwal from KK Associates, an International Law Firm based in Hyderabad with offices in Singapore & Dubai. The speaker discussed the clauses of international arbitration and international mediation. The aim of the session was to brought awareness on drafting international contracts/agreements, MOUs, etc.
