Vijayawada Branch of SIRC of ICAI in association with AP Chambers organised a Virtual Meeting, “VCM on Cash movement during Election Code Period – Precautions and Payment to MSME - Disallowance u/s 43B of Income Tax Act” on 02 February 2024. AP Chambers’ Treasurer CA S. Akkaiah Naidu and Taxation Committee Chairman CA Nitta Ravi spoke in detail about the precautions to be taken with regard to cash movement during election period and the payments to MSMEs as per the MSMED Act respectively. Around 175 members from across the State participated in the meeting.
